What is the typical time frame for template?
Usually we can get your project templated within 3 days of you contacting us. If you have dates for your new construction or remodel project (cabinet delivery, cabinet installation, etc.) contact us with those dates and that will ensure a date that is “set in stone”. What can you expect when we template?
Sarto sends out a professional that has both fabrication and installation knowledge to template your job. All aspects of the job are discussed with you in detail (everything from radius size to hidden corbel supports). A laser template is 'shot' and ready for precision fabrication in our state-of-the-art shop.
How long does it take to get a bid?
Typically, we can have you a bid within one business day. Simply email (customerservice@sartogroup.com) a cabinet drawing over with a general color you are looking for and we'll take care of the rest. A detailed bid is emailed to you listing out square footage pricing (product, fabrication, and installation), cutouts, sinks, etc.
What do timelines mean for templates, installations, repairs, etc. mean?
Denise does all of our scheduling. We live and die by our schedule. When we set a date, it is set in stone.
Can you template existing countertops?
Yes. We can template existing countertops. Removing the existing countertops is not necessary for precision templating.
Does Sarto countertops remove existing countertops?
Yes. If you would like the existing countertops removed, we can definitely do that. Formica, Corian, Granite, concrete, etc. are all materials commonly removed on remodel job. All removed materials are taken care of by Sarto Countertops.
What about existing plumbing and sinks?
Sarto countertops installation technicians will remove and disconnect any pertinent plumbing during the tear out process. These items include: sinks, faucets, supply lines, waste pipes, garbage disposals, etc. This allows you full use of your kitchen all the way up to the day of countertop installation. Dishwasher brackets are installed at no charge, for your convenience, at the time of countertop installation.
What happens when an issue arises on a job?
Simple. We take care of it. Most issues are rectified within a day or two.
